My auto-protect turns off by itself and when i got into tasks and settngs to turn it back on it wont turn on. it just turns back off again, will i have to reinstall my norton or is it fixable?

go to there website for help or dump norton and get avast 4.8 home edition or avg 8 free

Just set it on & re-boot your system. I had this problem many times & most of the times, just a reboot works.

Did your subscribtion expire? Most of the time when that happens that is the reason why. If not then like everyone says here, try re-booting your computer, if this does not help then you can always use System Restore, by using this methoid it will take your computer back a few days or more before this started then nortons will work right.
