Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. No warning, just a message saying it was time to renew the subscription and all my protection shut off. Don’t panic. I still dont know what caused it. I’m sure tough, that the problem was at their end. I am racking my brain trying to remember what I did. I’m pretty sure that I did exactly as they have told you to do. Fished out the disc and the code and had it sorted within a half hour. If you got yours online, just download it again and follow the prompts and it will sort itself out. Be patient!
