On my Windows Vista, I use Norton 360 but I have lately encountered a problem. When I was updating my computer using live update, it faced an error called "error 5," (if that is any use to you.) So it then asked me if I want to solve the problem by help and support but when I went on that, it didn't show me anything. All it showed me was a blank screen. It didn't crash or anything. I started the whole update again but it still happened again. I mean like, what I should I do? It won't show me a solution to the problem so what should I do now? I know my computer hasn't got a virus which would cause this problem so what am I expected to do?
When the screen for solutions does come up how ever. All it shows is titles and backgrounds of the service. No description what so ever.
