Hi, I had Norton 360 after having Norton Internet Security, and I hated how you couldn’t right click and scan a download for viruses, so when my subscription was up for renewal, I upgraded to the Norton 360 Premier Edition because it did allow for right click scanning of downloads, etc… However, after I upgraded, my Outlook Express 6 mail program no longer had the spam weeded out into the Norton AntiSpam folder. I realized I had to download that add on, which I did, but now things are going into spam that shouldn’t and I see that you can add addresses to an “Allowed” list, but what happened to right clicking on an e-mail and clicking “This is not spam”? I miss that and I wish I had it back. Is there something I’m missing, like an update or something, or is this just how the AntiSpam in the Premier Edition functions? I’m not really technologically savvy or anything so this might be an incredibly dumb question, but I seriously could have sworn the other version offered the ability to right click and mark something as “Spam” or say “This is not spam.” Any help would be great. Thanks in advance. ![]()

Hi, Sorry to say but norton is not a good antivirus, all it does is store the file and hold it, doesnt delete or fix computers as good as kaspersky or nod32,
I recommend NOD32 as its worth the money, I mean i have never had one problem with my computer and its easy to use, no stupid other software downloads, just one, norton 360 may look cool, but it sucks, I seen it on my brothers computer and to me looks are deceiving, so i think you should try out nod32, Thanks
