Norton 360 problem 1.0?

My norton has expired so i bought a new package from pc world for the new product key because i don’t like shopping online, now i can’t renew my product key because when i try it says i have to buy it online, i tried some online help but they all start with clicking on my account, but i can’t because my package has expired and it wont let me click on it… help please
