Hiya,
Well I had a friend over recently and he went on the computer. Next thing I know, there was a window that we couldn't close off a website and then Norton came up saying that is blocked an intrusion. This is all good, but it has xxx in the file and the window was pictures of cartoon porn. I do not wish to get in trouble, so any help deleting recent history would be very much so appreciated.
Thanks!
Sorry, it is not xxx, it just says intrusion from an IP address. I am fearful that I will get in trouble or someone may hack into my computer. I wish to delete the history so no one finds out. It says the risk was Moderate and blocked. Does that mean they can still hack in?
Yeah, it was naughty of him. I don't know what he was looking at, but I told him to go home, and he won't be coming back soon.
I know how to clean my Internet History, I read it from previous ones, but what about the History for Norton?
SO my computer is fine, correct, since it blocked the intrusion? That is all I want to be sure of. I am running numerous scans on programs suggested by professionals on other websites to make sure nothing got through, but I just want to be sure my computer is fine.

Use ATF Cleaner http://majorgeeks.com/ATF_Cleaner_d4949.html
And CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download
Both will help clear your web history.

naughty…
try right clicking IE then choose properties… find delete temp. internet files, choose delete all, check delete files stored by add-ons.
perform scan in normal and safe mode.
if u want a better Anti-virus, uninstall norton and get another AntiVirus.
norton has been on downfall these days…
