Norton AntiVirus 2008?

I have the Norton AntiVirus 2008 and I placed it into my CD-ROM and it’s not popping up or anything. I even checked on the stupid website for their email address? I know that they have a “instant chat” thing on there but it’s pissing me off cause it won’t load even in internet explorer. So if anyone could tell me why it wont open up and let me download or give me one of the customer service’s emails. please and thankyou =]

get a different antivirus like NOD 32 because norton is terrible!!!
