Using Norton AntiVirus: "No viruses detected" "Click the download button"… but there is no "download" button showing! I did it again and the "DOWNLOAD" button was there… file shown transferring. Then frame showed "OPEN" but when I clicked on it, the prior frame came up: "Click the download button" HELP! I NEED TO OPEN THIS FILE!!

Norton components can really screw up your machine. I tried them twice in the lest ten years and my advice to you is get rid of any reference to Norton on your machine which includes registry entries.
