norton antivirus/internet security 2009 full version release date?

does anyone know when the real release of norton antivirus/internet security 2009 come out. also, do you recommend norton antivirus or internet security. i currently have norton antivirus 2008 installed and havent had problems, just wanna know the differences. thanks in advance.
