Hi, I have a problem with Norton protection.
I use Lime-wire to share stuff.
Unfortunately the firewall keeps Limewire from connecting.
I use Vista, and followed the instructions to allow the firewall to let Limewire connect.
This was fine but it happened on another two occasions and now it wont let me connect at all.
I have put the settings in as before but no joy.
So I tryed deleting limewire and reloading it.
But the Norton Firewall still wont let me connect.
Whats the solution please.?

Ouch, you use Norton and Vista? Get rid of them.
Use Ubuntu.

You can add a rule to norton to allow limewire.
Or as mentioned before, uninstall Norton and Install
AVG or Avast as your Antivirus
Zonealarm - is a free firewall but Windows has one built in that works just fine.

I have downloaded the new limewire PRO because it wasnt connecting before and just had one bar, I have norton and think that is the problem but when I tried going onto norton to change firewall settings i couldn’t find where to change it :S can anyone help me?
