Norton ghost boot disk?

I have bought Norton Ghost. I am using Sysprep to clone. how do i make a boot disk that i can boot norton ghost off without using the hard drive because that would unseal sysprep when booting into dos. If i can make one with the application or download one.

also i found this thing ghostbootdisk.com it gives ghost boot disks but where do i get the ghost.exe from ?
