When I go to the Norton Ghost recovery at the computer startup and go to Restore my Computer and then click on System and my Backup appears and I click on that and enter my password, but when I do that it says this,
“-Info 6C8F1C25: Cannot access recovery point file ‘E:\ Dell BackUp 2\DUKESPC_C_Drive001.v2i’.”
Please ensure the drive or device you are using to store recovery points is connected and accessible from your computer.
–Error E7D1000E: Unable to open ‘E:\Alex’s Dell BackUp 2\DUKESPC_C_Drive001.v2i’. It does not exist.
But when I go to my computer icon on the desktop and click on my partition in E: and go to that exact location I see that it’s their and I can go in and type in my password and everything.
Can someone please help me that is good with Norton Ghost.
