Hello, I encountered a Norton “internal program error” (3038,104). I don’t know how to fix it. It says that the intelligent updater is not supported. Please help. I cannot scan my computer with this error.

I suggest you get on to symantec tech support, either in chat or by phone and let them sort it out, don’t pay them anything either, If you give them the grumbles you may end up with a free update of latest version of Norton’s. The value there product so tell the the truth and play a bit dumb and hint at other programs ( depends how long your subscrption has left to run)?
