Norton Partition Merge Partitions?

I used Norton Partition to merge two partitions into one and near the end it said there was an error so I had to restart the computer. When it was restarted, there was only disk C and the folder with disk E in it. In disk E there is just 3 games but I cannot remove them from add or remove programs or inserting the CD into the drive and says there is error removing it. I’m trying to reinstall them because they ain’t in the right directory which is why I can’t uninstall them or move them. When I try removing from Add/Remove Programs it says the gamne was not found would you like to remove it from the Add/Remove programs list? and i said yes but there is still the folder in drive C with the files from Drive E. How do I remove that folder? It says when I try moving or deleting it, it says cannot delete something…it does not have a directory and I can’t remove it please help? And I also created a diskett thing that Norton said but I have no idea what it is…
