Hello!
Yesterday I ran a full system scan with my Norton anti-virus. After a while, it said it detected a trojan named Trojan.Zlob. It also said it couldn’t be removed because it was an “unsupported file.” I updated the virus definitions today and ran the scan again. It still said the same thing.
I read the trojan’s Symantec summary online and it said it was a low risk. However, Norton said it was HIGH. I haven’t noticed any problems with my computer. It still runs fast, it hasn’t locked up, or anything of that matter.
Please offers some solutions! I want to get this Trojan out of my PC!!!
Thank you and have a great day!

I have had good success with Zlob removal by using Spybot Search and Destroy. The new version 1.6 is available Free for personal use at http://www.downloads.com Install it, update it, inoculate your PC and then run a full scan. Fix any problem(s) that Spybot finds. You should see a section for the Trojan.Zlob.
