Norton doesnt detect all the trojans and virus out there.. download this program.. VUNDOFIX.EXE ( look it up on yahoo search) then run it. Also try downloading SpyDoctor antitrojan ,, this should fix the problem.. If your computer is too slow to function on normal mode then switch to Safe mode with networking.. Good Luck

Wipe norton, I have used it and to be honest it is crap, to deal with pop ups download ad-aware free or run if you don't want to download. spybot, sometimes wiping you cookies will help to, virus scanner use avast or avg, both are free and better than norton.

Don't listen to the negative things people have to say about Norton. Their should be a phone # on the back of the box in which the Norton disk was in or on their web site at 1 (866) 200-0892 In Canada Call: 1 (866) 200-0794
Tell them exactly when your problems started and what your computer has been doing. The whole thing will cost you about $100 but trust me it is worth it. They also give you tips on how you can avoid stuff like.
