Hello!!
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out. For the last 2 weeks, I have been getting a message from my Norton's anti-virus that I need to renew my subscription because the year is almost up. My Norton Icon on my lower right hand screen was displaying an exclamation mark. Today I come home from work and now it's back to normal, the icon is now a checkmark like it should be. I was curious so I checked it out of why the exclamation mark is gone. I checked my subscription which said I have 14 days to before, now said I have 1 year and 14 days to go. I don't understand, I did not renew my subscription yet and I intended to do so in the next week. What could have possibly happened that my subscription was renewed?

Some companies have an opt-out automatic subscription renewal feature. Unless you tell them different, they just charge your credit card for another year. May be what happened.
