ntdll.dll and appcompat.text errors !?

I Keep Getting This Error From Microsoft Called ntdll.dll . Microsoft Tells Me To Tell Them About This Problem .Were Are Sorry About This But What Ever You Were Working On Might Be Lost .When I Look In The Error It Comes Up appcompat.text .What The Hell Is It And How Can I Get Rid Of It Successfully ?
