I have a toshiba laptop and i lost the disk when i have mood and my laptop is actin so weird i just dont know what to do with it ! i need to know how to restart it i tried everything and it just seems like theirs no hope !! if i restart it i know i have to go in safe mode to just get on the internet it want let me in my account please help me thank u !

Without an OS or recovery disc, the best you can do is a System Restore, Start> all programs> accessories> system tools> system restore.
