Ok so I downloaded ESET NOD32 on my computer and not it’s doing weird things…?

I downloaded that yesterday. It did it’s thing and I turned off the computer. I turned it on again (btw not on my computer right now at work) and nothing happened. I couldn’t go to anything. I tryed clinking on whatever I could and nothing. So I let it run for a bit thinking that maybe the NOD32 was doing a scan. But after a while everything but the pic I have on my wallpaper disappears, the bottom tool bar everything..what is this I thought about rebooting my computer or whatever it’s called pressing the F10 key when it’s first turned on but not sure it that will help it. I can’t even get to the start menu to try and put it to a different date…..this thing is making me crazy
