I have yahoo through my verizon account, where do I access the on-line back up if I need it, and is it really safe to use?

see,in internet there is very difficult to find or trust which is safe and which is not,just check verizon's integrity in the past,for my concern ,it will be 85% fine ,but still use some firewall and AVG,never let any intrudor coming in.
