on norton security how do i switch auto protect on?

ive tried going on setting, auto protect, switch on but it doesn't work. :(

      I don't know but instead of trying to turn on there, click the configure tab and see if you can turn it on there.
      EDIT- Still having problems? Under the settings bar is a Support bar-click on that. If your product is not activated there should be the activate option there or click on technical support. Good luck.
