go to start>all programs>accessories>ease of access>ease of access center

check under "explore all settings", click on "use the computer without a mouse or keyboard"

uncheck box marked "use onscreen keyboard"; click apply.

then click on administrative settings in the left hand column; remove the tick from "apply all settings to the logon desktop"; click apply, save

Start. All programs. Startup. Right click. Delete.
