Paid for license renewal of Unistal Kaspersky Antivirus but it didn’t renew.Are they into fraud also?

My license expired on 24/1. I paid online by credit card for the renewal. I got an Order confirmation saying the Payment was successful, that's all. No new license keys, and no renewal happened. What is this scam? How can I sue them? And their phone support and chat support are total scam, nobody is there to answer.
