I mentioned before that I am new to this so this is what I found on my avg: popcaploader.dll,
d://hp/apps/APPS20790/src/install/Spanish/games/glyph-setup.exe/$JF/slghex.dll

/Spanish/games/glyph-setup.exe

I just realized I have my Sims 2 cd in the harddrive.
Would having the game in the harddrive have something to do with it?

You mean in the CD Drive? If your CD Drive letter is 'D', then yes.

If AVG is picking up a spyware or virus then, update your anti-virus, remember to only have one anti-virus installed on your PC.
Update your anti-spyware software.

Restart your PC in safe mode, and run a full scan with both.

While in safe mode, you may also want to have a look at your start up items by using msconfig.

Be careful with the items you uncheck, you can have a look here to see if they are necessary

You should also have a look at your IE Add-ons while in safe mode.

Disable any you do not use.
After you reboot back to normal mode, download and install ccleaner to fix any registry problems and clean up old temp files.

If "D" is your CD or DVD drive then yes, that's what it's picking up.

Yes it will pickup your disk in CD drive or any other plug-ins like Sims cards etc. Remove all disk before running any other programs.
