I lost the password to my yahoo account and the answer to my security question keeps coming up as wrong. I don’t know what I did. Is there any way I can prove who I am somehow to get my password reset?
I'm on yahoo answers b/c I had to open a new email account. My old email acct that I can't access has emails that I need to get eventually. I think I'm S.O.L.

I had the same problem. When I was on my cruise I went to the internet cafe and and I wanted to check my mail. I forgot that back home I was logged in already for 2 weeks and now I can never get on my old account. Your going to have to make a new one. Plus, the changes I made on my old account I got wrong. So… chances are your going to have to make a new account.

You can contact Yahoo Customer Care and supply info like your postcode, secondary email, date of birth, and so on, and they can send you a new password.
