The combo of virus/mal/trojan had disabled all my av software was able to down this program on a good computer to a jump drive and transfer over. Ran the free scan found a TON of bad stuff, used the lithuanian code and took em out. Running a complete scan now and have found 8 more bugs.

Hi Gina

Start your computer in Safe Mode with Networking so that you can get to the internet. You do this by hitting F8 while your computer is starting up. This will allow you to download the software that you need. Then run all of your antivirus in safe mode so that you can remove all of your bugs. Once you have done that a couple of times with restarts in between. Then let you computer restart normally and scan your computer again a couple of times in regular boot mode. This is what I am doing on my nephews computer. He had so much spyware that nothing worked in regular mode. Hope this helped! Cheers.

to do system recovery either insert a disc with system recovery or turn on the laptop and as it starts keep pressing the f8 button. this should tale you onto the system recovery menu and some others. click on system recovery and follow the instructions.

Works with Spyware Doctor with Anitvirus 2010 (v. 7.0.0.514)
Make sure you install updated version before using license.

If you run into “invalid subscription” message upon trying to use smart update, download this file and you only really need to use the license reset file. Unzip license reset and run it. Restart computer and your license should be clear. You can now use the same license you had before.

I had the “Antivirus Win 7″ virus and it was pissing me off. I downloaded the program, scanned, used the code above with the name “Bilal” and it was GONE and I’m so happy now it was making me really mad having that virus. It was so obnoxious!

I had “antivirus soft” that kept popping up on my computer causing all kinds of problems and issues and was unable to run my regular antivirus software. Restarted the computer and ran it safe mode with networking using F8. Then just downloaded Spyware Doctor from the regular site ran all the updates then after that I tried the first “Bilal” serial code and as of the date of this post it worked like a charm. Ran Spyware Doctor from safe mode got rid of the virus/trojan/maleware along with a bunch of other stuff McAfee seems to miss. The restarted my computer and ran Spyware Doctor once more in regular mode. Many thanks to the advice listed and for the serial codes. Most appreciated.

Phew…. We just got a brand new Dell for Christmas, and I thought I was protected with AVAST anti virus, but apparently not. Spyware Doctor found over 300 infections (mind you a lot of that was just tracking cookies) including a trojan that has been pestering me all day. Thank you so much for the licenses!
