you are given the option to send or dont sent the report. there is nothing on the web site that would help me no how to fix it.

you didn't give us any information on what the error report said!
we don't know what problem you had with 2.0
we don't know what problem you have with 3.0
How do you expect us to help when you give us no information.
Call the company that makes the software and ask them.
their phone # is on their website.
call their support people on the PHONE!
