It says I can protect up to 3 PC’s. I have the serial number & product key, but whenever I try ‘renewing’ Norton onto the other computers (by going to the website/ trying to renew) it tells me that I need to purchase the product key. Like I said, I have the product key but I don’t know where or how to download Norton onto those PC’s without having to pay again.
I have the old Norton CD. It expired so I renewed (bought the new Norton) and downloaded it onto my computer. Does anyone know if I tried installing the old Norton CD onto the PCs I want to protect, can I just insert the new product key?

Like mike said, yo should be able to download a “standalone” installer form your online norton account. Look around for links.
But i would recommend not wasting any money on these things. There aren’t that many hackers out there, and none of them will be interested in your machine. Just be nice to your neighbors, and you wont need an antivirus at all. You might need anti spyware if you “surf” the web a lot. (as in go to websites you haven’t been to before a lot). Ad aware by lavasoft is free and eat at getting rid of spyware. There are also lots of free anti-virus software out there that are just as good as norton unless you are really really really worried.
