i’ve been trying to go to these sites to remove this software on my computer call total security and its been blocking almost every site i go to even applications…someone help me please….

open the documents file go to C:\ drive click on the program files folder and look in that folder for the folder named after the program

In safe mode with networking you should be able to install Dr Web Cure It - (free program) -
This is one of the programs that can remove it (quick scan) - Restart and do the scan in normal mode -
Or visit the Malwarebytes forum (free) for good expert help if this will not work - (free registration and help to remove infections) -
