please help i have a dll problem on my yahoo.?

plase help

I’ve install my yahoo messenger 9.0

unfortunately, after i’ve shutdown and start again my computer

there is a dll error appearing and does not allow me to log in to my yahoo account.

pleae help

i am getting this error
