Please help!! My DVD/CD-ROM Driver is corrupted or missing (Code39) TSST corp CDDVDW TS-H653Q AT (HP Vista) ?

When I insert a disk the pc wont load anything. Then i checked Device Manager it says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) What should i do?

      These solutions didn’t solve my probem. I’ve tried installing an external USB drive also. Windows recognizes the drives but the device manager won’t load the driver. Just comes up with the Code 39 error. Tried updating the driver but windows says that I already have the current one.
