u r in safe mode means u have some advantages and other disadvantages in this start u can del any files and don’t get attacked by virus in this stage but the other programmes might not work .
so when u boot up press F8 then choose start window normally then it should work but one thing u shouldn’t del the anti virus u should uninstall it.. and u can get free anti virus at downlaod.com like avast home edition
