PLEASE someone tell me what the following error messages that will not go away no matter what I try are!

August 16th, 2008 · 2 Comments

They appear upon computer startup, I have done nothing differently recently, and will not go away, in other words I cannot close the boxes or make them not appear upon startup. Thanks!

Well, the fix is to reinstall the two offenders. DLL's do get trashed on occasion usually just reinstalling the software will correct it.

      The hpzidr12 is from HP - usually a printer/scanner
The .net framework can be reinstalled with a new download from http://microsoft.com

You can also do a search for the .dll by name and just replace the offender (not as safe as a reinstallation).
Sometimes updates will also correct the issue (or cause it!)

If needed you can also remove the software using the Control Panel - add remove software. However, that will also remove the functionality of the items!
