pmnnl.dll problem.?

Guys suddenly from today morning my antivirus programme is detecting an adware.

My antivirus programme shows:

File:
C:/Windows/System32/pmnnl.dll

Threat:
Win32/adware.Virtumode.FP Application

Comment:
The file can be deleted. It is strongly recommended that you back up any crucial data before you proceed. Event occured at an attempt to access the file by the application C:/Windows/System32/lsass.exe.

I have given the delete and clean command more than 50 times but it says : The file C:/Windows/System32/pmnnl.dll will be deleted after the next restart, Then i will click on OK and again the antivirus detects the same file.

Now i just want to know how to delete the pmnnl.dll file .
I have tryed deleting manually but it says it is being used by other programme, I have even tryed to end its process in the process tab from the taskmanager , it says IT IS A CRITICAL SYSTEM PROCESS , TASK MANAGER CANNOT END THIS PROCESS.

Now guys please help me out to delete or fix .
