prob with adobe flash player and mozilla firefox?

i cant view greeting card sent to me. it said i need to download flash player…i already have it…

i try to uninstall the flash player and re-install the flash player but still i cant view the greeting card.the firefox browser also not detecting this plug-in

im using the adobe flash player and new version of mozilla firefox .by the way, i can view the youtube just fine..i just cant view the flash object in the firefox browser..all i get is blank screen..

what should i do to to fix my prob???plz help me

had the same issue with IE had to repair the flash addinit, i’ve added a link below for IE which will hopefully steer you in the right direction with FF
