Problem installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 :(?

We tried installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 on the computer of a friend of mine…..but while trying to install it, the internet goes off and stops the completion of the installing process!

And the weird thing is, her internet works fine, its only when we try to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 that it goes off!

I’m outta ideas… :(… has anyone else got any? I would reeeeeeeally appreciate any help you could give me, please!

      restart your computer in safe mode by tapping f8 key and then install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009. Dont forget to uninstall existing antivirus in the computer before installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009.
