We tried installing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 on the computer of a friend of mine…..but while trying to install it, the internet goes off and stops the completion of the installing process!
And the weird thing is, her internet works fine, its only when we try to install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 that it goes off!
I’m outta ideas… :(… has anyone else got any? I would reeeeeeeally appreciate any help you could give me, please!

does the internet stop working? or does it just stop the installation?
could it be that your friend’s computer is behind a firewall (like a router on the network) which is disabling it from reaching an outside source? You would have to disable that part of the firewall, or enable it so your anti-virus could do what it needs to do. Possibly disable router while you do install, then enable router afterwards?
