I JUST DOWNLOAD YM 9.0 AND I GET THIS error code 81003005.Then when i want to remove YM 9 it came out saying could not OPEN INSTALL LOG FILE.THEN I TRY DELETE MANUALY AND CAME OUT LIKE THIS “CANNOT DELETE CLIENT MANAGER.DLL:ACCESS IS DENIED.MAKE SURE THE DISK IS NOT FULL OR WRITE PROTECTED AND THAT THE FILE IS NOT CURENTLY IN USED.
CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME ON THIS?REALLY appreciate it guys

Im not a windows guru but this might help. Go into the task manager, ctrl-alt-delete i believe, and search processes tab. Anything that looks like it might be associated with YM needs to be disabled. Then try deleting it again. You might have to work a a little with trial and error on some of the services and process but it should open up the way to delete it. Also check the services tab.
