when i try to uninstall trend micro internet security it will start but the it says it was interrupted by something and cancels
the program also wont open when i try to open it

Hi,

Boot into safe mode by pressing F8 before the windows logo appears.

Then run in safe mode.

Uninstall the program and then re-boot.
