ok so i have those viruses. and i downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and i also have Spybot- search and destroy. and i can remove the virus when i use those products and im able to change my desktop back to normal but going to run>regedit>blah blah blah all those steps that i do. and then i go to search and type in the name of the pics they the virus shows on my desktop and i delete it. so everything is gone on my computer and it works AS GOOD AS NEW. but when i turn it off then on later in the day every thing is back to normal. the antivirus xp 2008 reinstalls itself. I NEED HELP!!!! and im getting these WINDOW SECURITY UPDATES saying I have TROJANS.
is the only way for me having a safe computer again is to buy the windows security product it tells me to enable?

1. turn off system restore.
2. boot into safe mode & run your scans
3. re boot if clean turn on system restore.

You dont say what antivirus software you are using? Just make sure that you invest in a good antivirus solution. If you like try AVAST antivirus. must have an antiviurs program which has resident protection. this xp2008 must be showing up because you dont have an antivirus with resident protection. Most decent antiviurs programs take care of these issues without much work on your part - remember avast needs a 14 monthly renewal of its key and it is free to use
