problem with firefox, please help
my firefox hasent been working. ive had this problem in the past. when firefox says it needs an update, it tries and this box always comes up:
one or more files could not be updated. please make sure all other applications are closed and that you have permission to modify files, and the restart Firefox to try again
and now my firefox wont start at all
then when i use my internet explorer browser, i dont know why but it wont let me update my adobe flashplayer
can anyone tell me what i can do with this problem??

try to uninstall your firefox after uninstalling install it again then post a question again then say what happens

Can I take a wild guess and say you are young enough to live at home and your parents have retricted your account to the point where you cannot load software? If that is the case, compromise. Tell them you don't need administrator privileges, but since you load software and do updates, you would appreciate Power User privileges.
