When I try to update, it will start downloading, but then it stops responding and freezes so I have to close it. I've waited for it to respond, I've tried downloading again, not working. What should I do?
I do download it from cnet, I can do that bit, it's the updating, it says it extracts it and then talks about how it has to uninstall AVG7.0 or something and I accept and such, and then it proceeds with updating, and stops responding.
Basically, it gets to the bit where it says "Installing AVG 8.0" and immediately stops responding.
