Problems with streaming videos and vista?

So I bought a new computer which of course has Vista in it and every time I try to watch a streaming video such as the videos on youtube and veoh where the video should be it is just white. I thought maybe I didn’t have the latest flash player or something so I DLed it but it still does the same thing. I am not at all familiar with Vista as this is my first time using it so some help would be nice! Thanks!

      You will need to download adobe flash player first .

      You are missing a plugin try downloading all of these.

      Java

      Even if you think you have Flash player install it again…
