problems with trend micro internet security pro?

ok i just got it and i did the scan and i have alot of files quarintind so when i try to go to examine quarintie files it opens a window and freezes and i have to open task manager and close it whats wrong i realy dont wont to uninstall and scan all over again but how can i fix it
