I have recently(well, a while ago) downloaded directx 11, and I don’t have the right graphics card, so I cannot run any of my games. Can someone post me a link to a thing to uninstall this? I tried reinstalling windows 7, but it copied all the files over even when I said not to. I deleted windows.old. Please help.

I think you can uninstall it from My Computer > Uninstall Programs
You could try and download Direct X10 and it may downgrade it.
But what Direct X you have doesn’t matter, I have Direct X11 and have the crappiest graphics card EVER, it works fine. I doubt it Direct X

See the link, I have attached. It provides you with several different tools to roll back/remove direct x, but I must caution you: what you are trying to do is not without risk and judging by how you describe the situation, you might ultimately have to do a clean reinstall if you want to correct all the problems.
