i tried installing ESET smart security but it froze like halfway through so i shut down. eset runs now but i cannot remove it. i have tried add/remove programs and it says eset is not installed. i have tried Revo uninstaller and your uninstaller 08. neither of which work. i think hunter mode may work for revo but i dont know how to use it. i have tried reinstalling ESET but it gets a lot of errors and says it doesnt have permission and stuff. i ve tried going into task manager and killing the processes but it says access denied. im just in a big mess and need LOTS of help. thanks guys

do a system restore in safe mode that should do it
