I been trying to help my nephew get flash player on his computer but he still having errors.he called me today and he still having the same problem.when he tries to install flash player this is the error message he gets
“We dont have a flash player that supports your browser or platform”.
its not exactly said like that but similar.Does anyone how this problem can be fixed?why is adobe not letting him install flash player

You are installing wrong flash player for a browser that is not there in your system or is corrupt.
Say you have downloaded addin for internet explorer and installing it for firefox and vice versa
OR
You cousion has a very old version of the browser application
