Question about Norton\Symantec?

I really need to know is Magic Lantern* in Norton and Symantec products YES OR NO??????? Has it really been passed?

*If you dont know what Magic Lantern is, then it is a so called to exist Trojan Horse that logs your every moves and tells the FBI. Also if you know about it answer my question and give me some other information.

So yes or no?
