I click on it and it does nothing. It says I am protected but wont allow a scan.
I have recently had two different Trojans on my computer so I ran the Spy Bot to check for more. I also deleted things recommended to be deleted, but now my McAffe wont work.
Help please and thank you.

SpyBot is not compatible with many anti virus programs. That’s one of the reasons. Do a repair install of McAffe and get rid of SpyBot. I had to.

As Richard has said, SpyBot does have some compatibility issues.
Uninstall it with RevoUninstaller:
http://www.download.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?part=dl-RevoUnins&subj=uo&tag=button&cdlPid=10854684
It’s faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, click + sign to expand all results and tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts.
Install Comodo BO Clean:

Simply download and install, follow instructions on screen.
Go here to see what it protects you against:

It works in much the same way as Spybot, but sits in the taskbar and uses no real resources but great protection.
